The insurance was great but the jerky was gross will never order again

I love this taste and texture, super addictive
the flavor is there. it's crispy, but falls apart easily. my problem is that after a few bites it gets hard to chew, like an overcooked meat, and you need to keep chewing for a while before you can break it down. I had other brands, where I didn't have that problem
