Welcome to GrazeOn! We are committed to getting your items to you quickly and safely. Please review our shipping guidelines below.
1. Free Shipping Offer
We are happy to offer FREE shipping on all orders over $60.00.

For orders under $60.00, shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on package weight and destination.
2. Processing & Handling Time
We pride ourselves on efficiency. All orders are processed within a maximum of 2 business days.

Daily Cutoff: Orders placed after 3:00 PM will begin processing the following business day.

Shipping Days: We process and ship orders Monday through Saturday. Please note that we do not ship on Sundays.

Once your order is processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.
3. Shipping Methods & Carriers
We ship all orders via USPS (United States Postal Service). Our primary shipping method is USPS Ground Advantage.

Estimated Delivery: 2–5 business days once the carrier picks up the package.

Note: Delivery times are estimates provided by USPS and may vary based on external factors like weather or seasonal volume.
4. Domestic Shipping Only
Currently, GrazeOn ships exclusively within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time. We are happy to ship to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO/DPO addresses via USPS.
5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an automated email containing your USPS tracking link. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update on the USPS website.
6. Missing or Damaged Packages
If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you haven't received it, or if your items arrive damaged, please contact us immediately so we can assist you in resolving the issue with the carrier.
